2024-25 REGISTRATION

A fundamental emphasis at St. Bronislava is the call of the parents/guardians to be the primary educators of their children. They are the ones who first teach their children to recognize their own personal call. Parents help lead their children to holiness through instruction of the Faith, including prayer, participation with the parish through liturgy, and practice of Christian values and faith each and every day.

All families with children in 1st through 10th grade are expected to register for our Faith & Family Formation programs, unless they are enrolled in Catholic Schools or an approved homebased study. Through our parish programs, we provide resources for families & students and hold scheduled classes in-person.

The Sacrament Years
First Reconciliation and First Communion are celebrated in the child's 2nd grade. Confirmation is a three-year program (gr. 9-11) and is typically celebrated in the fall of their Junior year.
NOTE:  Children and youth register and celebrate the Sacraments in their own parish.

If your child is in 2nd grade or 9th grade, complete the Sacramental Registration Form (one per child).

If your child has missed receiving any sacraments, please contact our Faith Formation office.

We welcome new enrollments throughout the year!

HOW TO REGISTER (2 options):
1. Mail or drop off completed forms at the Faith Formation Office or at the Parish Office and pay by check or cash.
OR
2. Register Online AND pay by credit/debit card.
