Youth Reflection & Survey form - PRINT Option

As the youth are preparing their hearts to enter into the Sacrament of Confirmation (whether it's one year away or four), it is important to be involved in our parish community. All too often, students find themselves COUNTING HOURS rather than ENGAGING in ENCOUNTERS with others and Christ. Students (Grades 7-10) are expected to complete a variety of Involvement Experiences including Spiritual Development and Service to the parish and the community.

They would then submit a reflection on the experience to fulfill St. Bronislava program requirements.
Please see the following for the description of opportunities to live and to serve like Jesus, as you support our parish and community!  This reflection is not only how we track each student’s experience requirements but is a GREAT tool for young people to make meaning out of what they are doing.

*If a reflection is not submitted, the experience will not be in our records, and therefore will not be recorded – so please make sure you are turning in your reflections as you complete each experience.
