Confirmation Years I & II
(Grades 9-10)
WEDNESDAYS @ 5:30PM - 7:00PM
Our Program
Confirmation at St. Bronislava Parish is a three-year program. During the first two years of the Confirmation Program, which is typically Grades 9-10, students will be attending weekly Wednesday evening Faith Formation sessions, which will engage them with Life Teen's Confirmation Curriculum, "Purpose." Purpose looks to answer three big questions: (1) Why God? (2) Why Jesus? (3) Why the Church? It encourages teens to dive deeper into their faith & rediscover what being a confirmed member of the Catholic faith truly means. The program utilizes both large & small group settings, allowing for discussion, reflection, prayer, talks, and other activities!
In addition to our usual sessions, students will have expectations of learning outside of our meetings, such as opportunities to participate in Youth Masses, Spiritual Development, Youth Ministry events, other Parish events, and retreats! Also, students complete SEEKING... assignments which includes challenges of Scripture reflections, Gratitude, and Service. (see links below)

Involvement Expectations
All too often, students find themselves COUNTING HOURS rather than ENGAGING in ENCOUNTERS with others and Christ. Students (Grades 7-10) are expected to complete a variety of Involvement Experiences including Spiritual Development and Service. Experiencing how to live and to serve like Jesus, as you support our parish and community, will lead you closer to God and His disciples.
After each experience, students are expected to complete and submit a reflection & survey sheet (online link and form options below). Involvement Experiences are only marked as completed once reflection & survey information has been submitted online, via email at ff-youth@stbrons.com or kim@stbrons.com, or turn in a printed copy.
