![]() FR. MICHAEL CHAMPLIN, O.P.
A member of the Dominican Order and a priest since 1966, Fr Mike is the founding Director of the Thomas More Center for Preaching and Prayer. He has been engaged in full-time preaching for the past 27 years. He was a seminary professor and also served as preaching resource person on the faculty of the Center for Pastoral Liturgy at the University, Notre Dame. Fr Mike was born in St Paul, Minnesota in January 1939. ![]() SR. JOAN BUKREY, O.S.F.
A member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, Milwaukee, WI, Sr. Joan was professed in 1964. Her ministry experiences include elementary education and director of parish religious education. She has also served as Director of Vocations and Formation for her congregation. Sr. Joan has a BA in English and an MA in Religious Studies from St Louis University. She is a native of St Paul, Minnesota where she was born in June, 1943. (Bukrey is pronounced “buck -ree”) ![]() FR. NICHOLAS PUNCH, O.P.
Fr Nick is an Australian Dominican. He joined the Order in 1961 and was ordained in 1966. He spent eight years as provincial of the Australian Province. Fr Nick taught in high school, was a university chaplain, and served as pastor of large parishes in Melbourne and Sydney. Fr. Nick was born in England in November, 1939.
